How It Works
1. Free phone consultation
Call or text and describe what the computer is doing. I will tell you honestly what it likely needs, what it should cost, and whether it is even worth a visit — before you spend anything.
2. Upfront estimate
Before any work begins you get an estimate of both cost and time. If I open the machine and find something different, we talk before the plan changes — the price does not move without your OK.
3. Flat fees, no trip charge
The most common repairs are flat fees — the price below is the price, in your home, with no trip charge anywhere in the service area. Anything without a flat fee is $85 per hour plus parts.
4. 30-day warranty
All work carries a 30-day warranty: if a fix I completed stops working, I come back and make it right. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and I handle the return or replacement for you under their rules.

Flat fees are exactly that: the price listed is the price. For repairs that need parts, labor starts at the number shown and the free phone consultation gets you a real total for your machine.

Hardware design — $50
Tell me what the machine is for and your budget, and I design the exact parts list: compatible, balanced, no wasted dollars. Want to build it yourself from my list? That is completely OK — the $50 covers the design either way.
Full build — $175 + parts
I source the parts, build it, cable it cleanly, install Windows and drivers, stress-test it, and hand you a machine that is ready to use.
Small Business IT Plans
Businesses can also put every office on one monthly price: remote support, monitoring, updates, antivirus and managed backups. Hourly IT support stays available with no contract.

Why these prices? They are set so you will call me again. I would rather fix your computer for a fair price every time something comes up than charge you triple once and never hear from you again.
Turnaround: most hardware repairs are completed within about 24 hours once parts are in hand. Same-day service is often available — ask when you call.
If it is not worth fixing, I will tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that a machine owes you nothing. In that case I will say so, and I can help you move your files safely to a new one instead of charging you for repairs that will not satisfy.
