Mobile Computer Repair in Woodstock, GA
No shop to drive to, no drop-off line, no leaving your computer with strangers for a week. I’m a mobile computer technician — you call, I come to your home or office, and most problems get fixed right there at your kitchen table.
I’m Justin with Woodstock Computer Repair. On-site service is not a premium add-on here — it’s the whole business. Every repair I do is at your place, on your schedule, with you watching and asking questions the entire time.

Can't Bring It In
Desktops with a tangle of cables, all-in-ones, or a machine that's simply too heavy to haul — leave it plugged in. I come to it.
Problem Only Happens at Home
Wi-Fi dead zones, printers that won't connect, glitches that vanish at a repair counter. Some problems can only be fixed where they live.
Don't Want to Be Without It
A week in a repair-shop queue is a week offline. Most on-site fixes are done in a single visit, while you watch.
Homebound or Just Busy
Seniors, caregivers, parents home with kids, or anyone whose day can't absorb two round trips to a strip mall.
Multiple Devices Acting Up
Computer, printer, router and smart TV all misbehaving? One visit covers the lot — no way to carry your whole setup to a shop.
Small Office, No IT Guy
On-site visits for home offices and small businesses around Woodstock, on a schedule that works around your customers.
What a House Call Actually Looks Like
It starts with a free phone consultation: you describe the problem, I tell you honestly whether it's worth a visit — some things I can even talk you through on the phone for nothing. If a visit makes sense, we pick a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends.
On-site, I work wherever the computer lives — the kitchen table, the home office, the front counter. You see everything I do and you're welcome to ask questions the whole way through; plain-English explanations are part of the service, not an interruption to it. Most software problems, virus cleanups, Wi-Fi fixes and setup jobs finish in that first visit.
If a repair genuinely needs bench work — a part on order, a long data-recovery run — I take only what's necessary, you get a clear estimate first, and the machine comes back to your door. You never stand in line, and your computer never sits on a shelf in a queue.
Turnaround: most hardware repairs are completed within about 24 hours — exact timing depends on the specific issue and, for replacements, parts availability for your model. You’ll always get an honest estimate of both cost and time before any work begins.
Warranty: every repair is backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty, and replacement parts carry their manufacturer’s warranty. If something I fixed acts up within a month, I come back and make it right.
Pricing: the most common repairs are flat fees, and everything else is $85 per hour plus parts, with the estimate confirmed up front. Free diagnostics, free phone consultation, and no trip charge. If it is not worth fixing, I will tell you that too.
Guarantee: if a fix I completed stops working, I come back and make it right. Simple as that.
I can’t bring the computer to a shop, and the problem only happens at home anyway
Half the problems people describe cannot be fixed at a shop counter at all: WiFi that drops in one room, a printer that will not stay connected, a desktop wired into a desk with a monitor, a camera, and a printer, a parent who cannot lift the machine, or a glitch that vanishes the moment the computer leaves the house. The other half can be fixed anywhere, and the kitchen table is still faster than a week in a queue.
Every job here is a house call. You call or text, I tell you honestly on the phone whether a visit is worth it, and then I come to your home or office anywhere in Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Towne Lake, Ball Ground, Acworth, or Kennesaw. You watch, you ask questions, and most software problems are finished in that first visit.
What it costs
There is no trip charge anywhere in the service area, and the prices are the same as on the pricing page: flat fees for the common repairs, $85 per hour plus parts for everything else, diagnosis free.
How fast
Often the same day, or next day. Most software, WiFi, printer, and setup jobs finish in one visit. Hardware that needs a part gets a second short visit when the part arrives.
The guarantee
30-day warranty on every repair. If a fix I completed stops working, I come back and make it right.
By where you are
Woodstock and Towne Lake
Home base. Same-day visits are most likely here, and pickup and drop-off for bench work is a short drive.
Canton, Holly Springs, and Ball Ground
Regular territory. Assisted-living and senior communities in Canton are a weekly stop, and community WiFi has quirks I already know.
Acworth and Kennesaw
Covered at the same rate with no trip charge. Same-day is often possible; next-day is certain.
Home offices and small businesses
Visits scheduled around your customers, including evenings. Servers, workstations, printers, and networks handled on site.

“I can't say enough good things about Justin and Woodstock Computer Repair! Both our laptops suddenly had an infection that made them impossible to use. Justin picked them within an hour of my calling, and offered to get them back the same day, but it wasn't necessary, so we said the next day was fine. He returned them in less than 24 hours, working as if they were new! And his charge was extremely reasonable. It is wonderful to know if any other computer problems arise, he is only a phone call away! Thank you for being there, Justin!”

FAQs
Do you charge extra for coming to me?
No. On-site is my standard service, not a surcharge — there's no trip fee anywhere in the regular service area, and billing is the same simple hourly rate either way.
What areas do you cover?
Woodstock is home base, and I cover Cherokee County: Towne Lake, Canton, Holly Springs, Ball Ground, and nearby Acworth and Kennesaw.
How fast can you come out?
Often same-day or next-day — call or text 770-356-4462 and I'll give you a real answer based on the schedule, not a call-center promise.
What can you fix in one visit?
Most of what I see: slow computers, virus and pop-up cleanups, Wi-Fi and printer problems, email and account issues, new-computer setup and data transfer. Hardware repairs needing parts take a follow-up visit once the part arrives.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Woodstock Computer Repair is a registered Georgia LLC, licensed by the City of Woodstock, and insured. As the owner, I have completed a Level 2 criminal history background check and am subject to ongoing monthly monitoring. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

“Justin at Woodstock Computer Repair was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just trying to sell me something. The service was quick, straightforward, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with computer repairs, and Justin definitely earned my business.”
